50% deposit needed
Packages with certain travel arrangements require a higher deposit due to supplier's strict booking terms. Since this package includes flight tickets, we charge a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price. How the deposit is paid: 20% will be charged to your card immediately at the time of booking and the additional 30% will be charged shortly after (50% in total). Read more about our payment terms. We recommend booking at least four weeks in advance due to the limited availability of airfare and accommodation in Greenland. Booking early allows us to better accommodate your desired arrangements.
This tour can be customized to meet your needs, including additional nights in Iceland and/or Greenland on request. We can also arrange accommodation in Reykjavik or combine other packages with this tour.

Other
• This tour can also originate in Denmark. Due to flight schedules between Denmark and Greenland, passengers may wish to spend a night before departure and/or a night upon return in Copenhagen.
• The winter climate in Greenland is generally cold and dry with a temperature range of -7 to -22° Celsius (not including wind chill).
• Arctic conditions in Greenland can cause sudden weather changes so it is recommended to bring warm, weatherproof outerwear including hats and mittens, thermal layers and insulated walking boots. For many optional activities such as snowmobiling or dog-sledding, additional outerwear and safety gear is provided.
• The itinerary can change without notice due to weather conditions.
• The currency in Greenland is Danish Krona (DKK). Credit cards are not widely accepted, thus we recommend bringing some Danish currency or a debit card (bank card) with a 4-digit PIN number for cash withdrawals at ATM machines.
• Please note that the northern lights (aurora borealis) are a natural phenomenon and sightings cannot be guaranteed.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended.
